• Project download as ZIP archives.

3. User Accounts

To use Jathe AI, you must sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account.
• All activities that occur under your account.
• Providing accurate and up-to-date information.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use Jathe AI to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of others.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt our platform.
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent if on the free plan.
• Overload our systems through excessive or automated requests.
• Generate websites designed to deceive or defraud users (phishing, scams, etc.).

5. Intellectual Property

Code you generate: The HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code generated by Jathe AI based on your prompts belongs to you. You are free to use, modify, and deploy it for any purpose.

Our platform: The Jathe AI platform, its design, AI engine, and all associated intellectual property remain the exclusive property of Jathe AI. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of our platform without written permission.

6. Service Limitations

Our Service is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.
• That the generated code will meet all your specific requirements without modification.
• Permanent storage of your projects (we recommend downloading your projects).

Free plan users are subject to a generation limit per day to ensure fair access for all users.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
